On 4-29-13 at around 9:30 pm the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office was notified of missing juvenile in the Huntington area. Deputies and investigators responded to the scene.
Kelton Martin, 15, was last seen by his father at 7:50 pm leaving his front porch. The destination of the teen was supposed to be walking to the baseball fields off of Browntown Road to meet his mother. The fields are very close to the Martins home.
Kelton never arrived at the ball park to meet his mother. At this time investigators are still following leads as to the whereabouts and welfare of Kelton. Two K-9 units were deployed in the overnight hours to aid in the search. Search and Rescue crews have been out all night in efforts to locate the missing teen.
There was a white older model Nissan or Toyota pickup truck that was seen in the area about the time of Kelton’s disappearance. The truck is described as an extended cab model with a roll bar and fog lights. It is unknown if this vehicle is connected to Kelton at this time.
Sebastian County law enforcement this morning will be canvassing the area. Search and Rescue crews will continue their search efforts. Resources from many different sources are being employed in efforts to locate Kelton.
Kelton is described as a white male 5’5” in height. His weight is listed at around 100 pounds. He wears his light brown hair in a short style. He usually is wearing glasses. Kelton was last seen wearing an orange Browning T-shirt, blue jeans with a hole in the left knee, and work boots.
